All peptides ship in insulated packaging with cold packs rated for the transit route and season. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods, but we cold-pack every order as a precaution. The cold pack is typically still frozen or cool on arrival.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at −20°C, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 28 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Specific instructions are on each vial label and in your COA.

Bacteriostatic water (BW) is the standard solvent for most research peptides. We carry bacteriostatic water in our supplies section. Acetic acid (0.1%) is used for some peptides like GHK-Cu — we carry that too. Always use a slow, gentle injection technique along the vial wall to avoid foaming.
